#33.5: Shout-outs
A short bonus post this week because I wanted to give a couple of shout-outs:
Firstly, I wanted to say thank you to all my subscribers and supporters. It has taken a great deal of time and dedication to get back into a consistent writing and publishing cadence. On days when I don’t want to think, or I don’t want to write, or I don’t want to rewrite, I remember all of you, and that is what pushes me to keep going. I do not for a second take any of your support for granted. To those of you who have messaged or texted me praise, supportive comments, and words of encouragement, I want you to know how grateful I am—it means the world to me. I’m happy to hear many of you have found my writing relatable thus far, and I am inspired to continue to put out content that all of you find enjoyable.
Secondly, I want to give a special shout-out to my good friend, Zakir Tyebjee. You have been a loyal supporter of my writing journey since before I published my first post. I appreciate you selflessly promoting my newsletter to your friends, and doing so genuinely, without me ever once asking you to. You continue to share valuable advice for how I can continue to improve and grow my newsletter, my mindset, and most importantly, my life. You motivate me to keep at it, and I just want to say I appreciate you, man!
Lastly, a shameless plug for my good friend, George Nunez. If you’re just breaking into product management, or if product is a field you are interested in pursuing, do yourself a favor and subscribe to George’s newsletter, Product Gems. I had the honor of writing a guest post on the topic of creating effective product roadmaps. You can check it out here.
I will see you all again on Wednesday. Hope you have a great rest of your weekend!
